Processing and Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Definition of Business Days:

Business days are considered Monday through Friday.   Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Ready To Ship - Items are shipping in 2 business days.  

Custom orders - Custom orders can take up to 10 business days to complete, get packed and be shipped once the design has been accepted by the customer.  

Shipping

We only ship in the United States, we do not ship outside of the U.S.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS due to any inclement weather, staffing issues or any other delays caused by the carrier.  

We will, however, attempt any assistance in tracking the package and assist in any contact with the vendor to gather information on a delivery date.  

Shipping Confirmation

Confirmation of shipment and tracking will be emailed to once it has shipped.  

Damages During Shipping

Messy Mawma Mugs & More along with our parent company, Krafty Kreations (We, Us), inspects your product prior to packing and makes sure that it is packed as securely as possible.  We are not responsible for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping and delivery.  Please be sure to document/photo the package and it's contents and contact the carrier to file a case with them.
