Shipping policy

We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS due to any inclement weather, staffing issues or any other delays caused by the carrier.  

We will, however, attempt any assistance in tracking the package and assist in any contact with the vendor to gather information on a delivery date.
